David attributes the team's success to the dedicated MY PR team, his innate talent, boundless energy, and unwavering passion for media.

Specializing in Traditional Public Relations, Event Curation and Management, Brand Matchmaking, and Social Media Content, MY PR Lab is committed to delivering exceptional results.

David Hawkins

Founder & CEO

David has over 20 years of experience in public relations, with clients including New York Fashion Week, McDonald's, JCPenney, and Evian. He's held positions at top PR firms in New York and Los Angeles, and five years ago brought that big city experience down south to start MY PR Lab, a multi award-winning firm based in Nashville. When he's not working, he's spending time with his fiancé and black lab, soaking up everything Music City has to offer. He sits on the LEVel Up DEI board for the American Academy of Country Music, and gives every client large-level press with an intimate, one-on-one touch.

Paige Spellburg

PR Assistant

A 2025 SUNY Oneonta graduate (B.A., Fashion Merchandising) with an A.A.S. in Advertising and Marketing Communications from FIT in NYC, she's originally from Upstate New York and has always been drawn to fashion, music, and entertainment. Her PR experience includes work with luxury fashion brands in New York City. She recently relocated to Nashville to grow her career in entertainment PR, bringing a creative eye, a talent for building relationships, and a drive to help brands and talent grow their presence.

Frederico's journey into PR is anything but ordinary, and that's what makes it magic. A decorated martial artist and award-winning trainer, he's spent years mastering discipline, performance, and presence. After dazzling crowds with Ranch Hands Cowboylesque in Nashville, Frederico discovered his next calling: helping brands tell their stories with the same fire. Now he's bringing that boldness, charisma, and creative edge to MY PR Lab, building real connections and keeping things fresh.

A recent honors graduate from Parsons School of Design, Kate is ready to kick off her career in PR with purpose and creativity. A Nashville native and lover of all things culture and connection, she's spent the last few years honing her skills in marketing, branding, public relations, and social media. With hands-on experience at music labels and fashion houses, she's bringing a fresh perspective to MY PR Lab, ready to build meaningful narratives and help make their mark.
